Important Dates to Remember

  • On or before Saturday, March 22, 2014 – Absent voter ballots must be available at Township offices. Contact information for the Township offices within the West Ottawa school district is listed below.
  • Monday, April 7, 2014 – Last day of registration for the May 6, 2014 election.
  • Township election clerk offices must be open until 2 p.m. the last Saturday (May 3, 2014) before the election to accommodate application requests for absent voter ballots.
  • Tuesday, May 6, 2014 – The polls of election will open at 7 a.m. and close at 8 p.m.

A Community Forum will be held on Monday, April 28, at 6:30 p.m. in the Administration Office Training Room, 1138 136th Avenue (same entrance drive as Pine Creek Elementary School) where you will have an opportunity to get answers to any questions you might have regarding the May 6, 2014 bond proposal.
